Agreement
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products & accuracy
We work to display colors, materials, and dimensions accurately, but solid wood varies naturally from piece to piece and screens render color differently — modest variation is characteristic of the material, not a defect. We may limit quantities, update product information, and correct pricing or typographical errors at any time, including after an order is placed (in which case you may cancel for a full refund). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders & payment
By ordering you confirm your payment and contact details are accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method. We may refuse or cancel any order — for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability — and will fully refund any payment taken for a cancelled order. An order confirmation email does not guarantee availability.
Shipping, returns & warranty
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy (which includes our 1-year limited warranty). Nothing in these terms reduces the rights those policies give you.
Product safety & intended use
Our lamps are designed for indoor household use as described in the instructions included with each product. Use only supplied or manufacturer-specified power adapters, and follow all safety notes in the manual. Hardwired fixtures should be installed in accordance with local electrical codes; where required, use a licensed electrician.

Intellectual property
All site content — product designs, photography, text, and branding — is owned by or licensed to ZAOMA and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in these terms or our Refund Policy, the site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAOMA's total liability for any claim arising from a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or your statutory consumer rights (including rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act).

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
